Ken is a 2001 cum laude graduate of Duquesne University where he received dual Bachelor of Arts Degrees in History and Classical Civilizations. Ken received his Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2006. While studying at Duquesne, he served as a legal intern for the Honorable John Zottola of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas – Criminal Division and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Following his graduation from Duquesne University, Ken was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Ken's professional background has concentrated in civil litigation including workers' compensation. Working for a private firm in the Pittsburgh area, he has experience in commercial and personal premises liability, construction litigation, automobile accidents, first party benefits, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Through his practice, he has represented local municipalities where he has gained experience in municipal law and liability of public officials. His practice includes personal injury, products liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, workers’ compensation and social security. Ken has extensive experience in third party and workers’ compensation subrogation law relating to damages caused by product defects and negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and workers’ compensation claims.

Ken has extensive experience in workers’ compensation and has prosecuted and defended claim, reinstatement, termination and modification petitions and has engaged in utilization review litigation throughout Pennsylvania. Additionally, Ken has argued before the Worker's Compensation Appeal Board and Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He serves as an arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County.
